Chicken Salad

1 can canned chicken
1 handful red grapes, quartered
1/2 apple, chopped
1 handful frozen peas
1 lime yogurt
(Optionals that I didn't have on hand and so didn't use: celery, diced; cashews, chopped)

Serve on croissants.

That's a marvelous recipe. Lime yogurt-- who'd have thought?!? That sounds much better than all the mayonnaise I use. :)

Actually if I mince the celery small enough, I don't mind it in this recipe. :)
