Exercise/Health Goals

For the first week of 2012, I have been a total slacker. Great way to start off the year! Don't worry, I have some great excuses for it though. Don't worry, I won't subject you to them here. 
I figured I should write out a To Do List for each category and get going on them.
To Do for Exercise/Health Goals:
Make a monthly menu (check!)
Make a work-out schedule
Look up races to enter (5K, 10K, maybe 1/2 Marathon)

Any suggestions on work-out schedules or races to enter?

One thing I like to do is look up the hourly weather forecast on Weather.com and walk during the warmest hour in the winter.
