There was a china cabinet and hutch in a niche in the entry hall. In Chelsea's hallway, one side is built-in floor to ceiling cabinets with shelves inside, where they keep their shoes. :-) Yeah, you REALLY don't want to wear shoes into your house if you live in China! My feet are getting used to being barefoot without arch supports since we are home almost all the time. I keep a small stool in the entry hall to use when putting on my shoes, so the bench idea is a useful one.<br />The picture of a window above the bed reminds me of what we had planned for our bedroom, but our current plan is to install bigger windows on that wall and keep the bed on the opposite wall. What do you think of that?<br />I LOVE bamboo made into things, especially floors!
